Goodnight~
You had worked your butt off
just so you could eat diner peacefully, just as planned. How were you
supposed to know that your boss had sent you an e-mail last night? Don’t
people know that normal people sleep at three in the morning? Since you
only saw the message at lunch-time, you had to work like crazy to get
it done before seven. And it didn’t help lower your stress-levels that
all the boys were already inside your apartment once you got there. You
didn’t even had to open your door because a pretty and smiling guy
opened it for you, saying the usual: “Hello, hyungsu!” . That seemed to
be the signal for the party to start. Not that it was a party, but
whenever they all came round it always ended up being one. The ever
charming Myungsoo took your coat and Sungyeol handed you a glass of,
what it looked like, champagne whilst dancing. “Hey, guys! I said
dinner, not a party!” You were kind of tired of tidying up all the dirt
and rubbish the next day. “Why are you always so tense? Just relax! Have
a drink now and we can eat later.” “YA, WOOHYUN! This may be your house
too, but I don’t see you cleaning the next day.” You stalked to the
kitchen. His comment pissed you off. He may be the ‘greasy’ heart
throwing one in Infinite, but he loses all his charm when he says stuff
like that. That’s what you think, anyways. “Aiiish, honey!
Miane, I didn’t mean it. I’ll do it all this time, promise!” He
followed you into the kitchen and back-hugged you. “Hmpff.” … but when
he did things like this you couldn’t help but love him so much. You
turned and asked: “Really?” He nodded and kissed your forehead.
“Really.” Woops from Dongwoo and Hoya followed and a very
loud “FIND A ROOM!!” from Sunggyu. “Hahaha! Hyung, do we ever say
anything when you’re being all snugly with ‘unnie’?” Woohyun smiled.
“Woo, I thought I told you only us girls can call Brandi Unnie.” It sort
of got you down when Woohyun called your Unnie that. Or giving any
other girl a cute name, really. “Miane. I won’t do it again.” Another
‘chu’, only this one nearer to your mouth. More woops and sighs. After
an hour of chatting and karaoke, you finally sat down to eat. You had
stayed up last night to make all of this, so you were too tired to check
your mails before going to sleep. Hence the stressing afternoon. It
didn’t help you get to sleep that Woohyun was too busy to come home and
sleep either. When you had sleepless nights, that greasy NamBunny used
to sing to you. Not having him there made you feel a little uneasy too.
Luckily the food was a success and everybody seemed content. “Soju,
soju, soju!” The typical sentence that came from Sungyeol after eating a
meal. Laughter all around, but no soju. “Hey! Hyungsuuu~~?Can’t we have
some, pleaaaase?” “No way! Remember what happened last time? Myungsoo
had to throw up and you broke my moms vase! There’s no way I’d give you
another drop of soju in my house. EVER.” A slight pause
and then Sunggyu added “… exept for me, since I can hold my liquor. …
And I’m the oldest.” Laughter again. You got out the cake Brandi had
sent you and the letters from the other girls and handed them out.
“Aaah. Hyung! You’re so lucky to have a girlfriend who makes these
delicious cakes all the time.” “Yeah! Where is she by the way?”
“I wanted to see her today! It’s been so long!” “Bring her next time.
It’d be nice to have her here too.” (I’ll leave it up to you to think about who said what <3)
“Hm, and my Babe here misses her too. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, I can’t
have my girl thinking about Brandi all the time. There is almost no
space for me in there!” Sighs again, he just couldn’t turn the
grease-button off. “Araso, I’ll bring her next time.” Sunggyu said,
smiling as he did so. “Who wants to karaoke one last time?” Hoya seemed
exited. There was a new song he wanted to try out. “Okaay~~! ” At
about eleven the party was divided into groups. Hoya, Dongwoo, Sungjong
and Sungyeol were singing. You, Woohyun, Myungsoo and Sunggyu were
talking about work and when they had to leave for Japan again. You felt
sad that they all had to go to Japan again soon. They had only been back
for a few months, and even then they were so busy you’d only seen them
twice. The party stopped at one am. The singing group left first, Hoya
in charge of the drunks. Myungsoo left afterwards and Sunggyu stayed
until Brandi called him because she couldn’t sleep. There was only the
two of you now. You were sitting on Woohyuns lap, just snuggled up in
his arms. Then Woohyun started kissing your hair tenderly and you slowly
turned around. You hugged him closely. It’d been so long since you’ve
held him. You wanted to “recharge”. You let him go and looked down a
little. You didn’t want him to see your face, since you felt like
crying. “Hey.” He lifted you face up and cupped it with his hands. He
kissed you on the nose and wiped away your now appearing tears with his
thumbs. “You look tired, honey. Do you want to go to bed?” You shook
your head. No. You just wanted to stay in these warm arms for a while
longer. He hugged you closely again. And started swaying side to side,
as if to calm you down. It helped a little. He kissed you again, this
time on your lips and for a way longer time. When you parted he took a
lock of your hair and twirled it around his fingers. He came closer and
kissed it. Then he whispered in your ear: “ Your hair always smells so
nice.” This gave you goose bumps. He wasn’t greasy now, it was beyond
that. He was in his super sexy low voice mode. He chuckled as he noticed
you tensed up. He lifted you up into a fireman’s lift and carried you
to your bed. “Change. You have to get some sleep. I don’t want to
embarrass myself tomorrow by having a girlfriend with panda eyes.” This
ruined it. “YA!” You hit him and chased him out of the room. You closed
the door an changed into you comfy pajama’s.”Can I come in now?” Woohyun
pleaded. “No way, get lost, Nam Woohyun!” It was useless since you’d
hidden yourself under the blankets. You didn’t want it to be like this.
You hadn’t seen him for so long! You heard the door open and felt
Woohyun sit down on the bed. He laid back on your legs. You kicked him
off but he just crawled in bed with you. “Aish! At least take your shoes
off.” He laughed and did what he was told. He turned you around and
held you closely. He whispered: “Saranghae, you babo.” Even though he
says I love you about a million times a day to his fans and throws heart
all over the place, you knew he meant it differently when he said it to
you. Then he started to sing. The overly familiar ‘Time’. This was your
lullaby. And you hoped it would be forever. Infinitely.
